about us Make a Wish, Create a Dream is owned and operated by Brenna Overwater, a girl born and raised in the small town of Olds, Alberta.Starting up the business in 2008 Make a Wish, Create a Dream has provided services for roughly 20 events from weddings to graduation ceremonies to birthdays, the sky is the limit in event planning, especially in a small community. Brenna hopes to one day do this full time and wouldn’t have it any other way!
